Inspired by his early experiences working with food trucks in France, Jacquet set out to create a food truck that not only serves food but also offers an immersive dining experience. "The vision I have for the truck is realised," Jacquet said. "We designed the truck from scratch to ensure it embodies the same quality and professionalism as any top-notch restaurant." Creating the Culinary Food Truck was a meticulous process, combining technical precision with artistic vision. The truck’s design includes a wall separating the kitchen from the cashier, ensuring a seamless workflow and maintaining food safety standards. Inside, four fridges provide ample storage for fresh ingredients, while an awning and pick-up window create a welcoming exterior. "I wanted to create a different experience for the customer, no more tilting heads up so high or a bug screen between the customer and the cashier! Let's take care of our guests."
